Sucralose is known as 1, 4, 6'trichloro galacto sucrose and trichloro sucrose has chemical formula C12H19Cl3O8 and is 600 times sweeter than regular sugar. It is twice as sweet as saccharin and is stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions.
